There are no returns. For sizing problems please contact us within the first 10 days of receiving purchase.

Can I return a Free to B item that was not purchased from the Free to B Online Store?

No. We do not accept returns of Free to B items that were purchased from a retail store or website other than the Free to B Online Store. You must contact the store in which the item was originally purchased to inquire about returns.

Exchanges

Can I exchange a product I purchased for something else?

We do not offer merchandise exchanges. If there is a defect with the product please contact us within 10 days of receiving purchase.
