I no longer see an item that I wanted to purchase, will it be available again?
If you no longer see an item that was once available on our Online Store, you can contact our Free to B Online Store Customer Service by phone or email to see if it will be available again in the future. Or custom order the item if similar materials are available
How can I be sure that my order has been processed?
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with information about your purchase. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email within 24 business hours, please contact our Free to B Online Store Customer Service by phone or email.
How can I track my order?
After your online order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email providing the tracking number as well as information on how to track your package. You can also log in to your account and select Review Orders/ Track Packages to view tracking information.
Can I remove items from my order?
Items cannot be removed from an order once it has been placed without contacting the Free to B Online Store Customer Service. If you would like to remove items from your order you must contact our Free to B Online Store Customer Service by phone or email to receive more information.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order is still being processed and has not shipped you may contact our Free to B Online Store Customer Service by phone or email to see if you can still cancel your order.
What should I do if I receive a incorrect item?
If you received an incorrect item, please contact our Free to B Online Store Customer Service by phone or email within 7 days of the receipt of purchase. Please include a copy of your receipt, and note the specific error.
My purchase is for a gift, can I request gift wrapping?
All merchandise purchased from the Free to B Online Store is placed in a Free to B wrapping. Please specify any personalized requests by contacting us at Brenna@freetobdesigns.com
Can I ship my order to a PO Box?
No. Orders can only be shipped to physical residential or commercial addresses.
How long will my order take to arrive?
For estimated delivery schedules please refer to the tracking information distributed to you through email.
Do I have to be home for my package to be dropped off?
No, packages will come with tracking numbers which will be issued to once your item is shipped.
There are no returns. If there is a sizing problem please contact us within 10 days of receiving purchase.
Can I return a Free to B item that was not purchased from the Free to B Online Store?
No. We do not accept returns of Free to B items that were purchased from a retail store or website other than the Free to B Online Store. You must contact the store in which the item was originally purchased to inquire about returns.
Can I exchange a product I purchased for something else?
We do not offer merchandise exchanges.
Does Free to B have a repair policy?
For inquiries regarding our repair policy please contact our Free to B Online Store Customer Service by email with the following information:
A brief description of your piece (also the damage on the item & how it happened)
Name and full mailing address
One of the options below:
If purchased from a retailer- please provide the store name
If purchased from Free to B directly- please provide your online order number
Please note, not all Free to B merchandise can be repaired
What is the value that will be displayed on my customs documents?
The total net amount of merchandise purchased will be declared on all customs documents. Customs documents cannot be altered.
Will I be charged country specific duties and taxes on my online order?
Please be aware that shipping to international destinations may be subject to local customs fees or duties. Every country has different procedures for incoming packages. Free to B, LLC. does not have information on customs of duties and cannot estimate these charges. Please check with the proper local authorities before placing an order. Free to B, LLC. is not responsible for non-paid import taxes, nor will Free to B, LLC. issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes.
Can I expedite shipping on my international order?
Currently, we only offer international orders to be shipped via FedEx International Priority. Please visit our Shipping Costs and Methods for more information.
Purchasing a Gift Card
Free to B Gift Cards are only available to be purchased in predetermined dollar amounts and to be used at the Free to B Online Store. Gift Cards can be mailed to the address of your choice or E – Gift Cards can be emailed to the recipient of your choice.
Redeeming a Gift Card
To make a purchase using your Gift Card you must first create a Free to B Online Account. At the Checkout payment screen you can enter the Card number found on the back of the card or within in the E – Gift Card email to be applied to your order.
If the amount to be purchased is less than the amount on your Gift Card, the remaining gift balance will remain on your card to be used at another time.
If the amount to be purchased is more that the amount on your Gift Card, the remaining balance owed can be paid with a major credit card to complete the order.
